In general i like the suggestion but i dont understand the passive

So you deal more damage if enemiges are hitten by you or a mate? and there is no cd?

Yeah Eol she and her allies gain the buff. Why should it have a cd? If it is a matter of dealing too much damage I can use a set figure, or reduce the % of damage.

It is like all ally units around her get a +X% damage boost, only the damage boost occurs overtime, as opposed to instantly.

Good hero, but the stats seem a little high. also, Doton: Kaido Shōkutsu dosent cost very much mana costdering its a nuke which deals 260 and slows, maybe increase the mana cost as the levels go up. and also, i have no idea what this ulti means, maybe explain it a little more.

Ultimate works like.... She begins channeling and all units around her gain X Armor, over the channeling period your armor bonus decreases over time.
