The slow affects units within a radius of 300 of the clone, upon destruction.

good hero, but i think you should increase the duration of the hold, a max of 3.25 seconds isnt enough for an ulti imo. also, maybe there some be some type of nuke attack in there, and increase the duration of ruthless anbu training to, say, 7/8/9/10 seconds instead of 5.

Niceee Disabler, would be cool if hes in the next 1.3.2 or 1.3.3 xDD, hopefully we can add more characters later onn xDD

that a nice hero really and disabler too ^^ good for sai but kinda high cooldowns for 1.3.1 xD

he's a pure sup, nor disabler...
