Activation: Onoki floats above all over units. He is able to travel on top of units and can fly over ledges / terrain 1 level (E.g. From ground in to the river over the normally impassable edge). and gains 5/10/15/20% evasion. His MS is decreased by 20/14/7/0%. This ability can be used for a minimum of 3 seconds.

Pebbles without the lategame tankness, or auto attack power. I would say that overall the concept works, however to use it effectively the items required for mana regen/ increased mana pool wouldn't make him that fun.
