With those rolles he should be Str heroe not Int.

Whats the point of pushing heroes far of your point with the firts skill?. Wind Release Stream looks like Shino Shield skill, no way try to replace with other effects.

In general i dont see the synergys in this build.

His skills can be used to pull units, and his ulti pretty much makes him invincible for a few seconds, which makes him good at initiating fights. With Wind Release Stream and Izanagi he can take a lot of damage, even though he's an Int hero, so i figured he fits the tank role too. and he has 2 nukes as well as izanagi to refresh cooldowns, so hes a decent nuker.

I decided to make him Int and not Strength because all his skills have high mana costs, and his build isnt dedicated to being a tank anyway. And as for synergy, his moves can all be used pretty effectively in a team fight or even just 1v1, or for ganking.
