This is the template I made based off of CutChemists' suggestions, when creating a Character Suggestion so I never have to keep retyping it. I actually have this saved on my desktop as a word document so I can get a full view.
How to use: You just copy and past the text/code form below and put it in your post/word processing software and fill in the blanks! After it's in the postbox for creating a topic I recommend selecting preview to see how it will come out, then you can change/customize it however you want.
