[NWU] About 1.3.8

Dear NWU community:
First of all thanks for the current activity of this map, we have grown a lot and we are really excited about this. Second, we apologize for not having the new version ready yet, it is mainly due to our focus on fixing bugs and testing a lot all our beta versions. We are working to give you a better gameplay and think that in March there will be good news for you about version 1.3.8

There's no reason at all to apologize. We're far happier waiting on a bug-less game than getting the new version that still gets messed up from bugs such as the Magic Reduction one and Gaara's Sand Coffin.

I think Aximil's problem is that Sand Coffin is channelling spell and can be interrupted by other spells for example Haku's needle, but I think it's ok like this. Just reduce casting time on Jiro

Oh, I wanted to tell this before, but allways forgot -.-
Sometimes happens that u get stuck between trees. For example Dei's spell destroys trees->u go there->trees grow back->u'r trapped and can't go away
SO I think it'd be good if u add a command like -debug or i dunno which destroys trees around u or something like this. But make this command active if u'r afk for few seconds, otherwise u can destroy Sho's spell

I've only seen it happen twice (both in the same game) but when he held the target (I believe it was Itachi) both him and the target were unable to use items, move, cast spells, or even attack. As though Gaara and the target were both permanently held. Once they died they were able to move about and do stuffs freely again. It happened once more in that game when I (Shodaime) was held by Gaara. Wasn't able to save the replay though because someone ended the game with NWU1's !end command.

just wait for someone who can destry trees, or call one of the enmies, im sure at least one of them will understand

Even if there's not a single person out of all 10 champions that can destroy trees/move you, you could just buy a 135g town portal and have your Courier/ally bring it to you instead of having an enemy hero come to kill you to get you out of the trees.

every time I hear the word Champion in reference to Hero I cringe D: this is wc3 :[

Can't bring myself to call them all heroes as roughly half of them are evil. But at least it's better than calling them toons.

the Lich King was unjustly bound to the Frozen Throne, Arthas had to do what had to be done!

most were good imo ... except Arthas depending who's side you were on.

Basically, Deidara will know if anyone is trying to gank him if he's bottom since he'll always have vision since he can clear all the trees from there and they won't respawn as long as he's in-lane?

Depends on how you define "near", i guess in this case near means, 100-250 range so they only don't respawn if you are real close (about the range of Sakura's Stun)

I guess that'd work well.

If you get caught in the trees because of your spell, just wait the cd lol. Deidara ult is 40sec and it will take the same time for your ally to go buy a tp for you. Then just be patient and wait for your skill to come back.

That's not the point <_< what they're talking about is like (example) if Deidara uses c4 and destroys trees, and if Sarutobi is running through the area where the trees are destroyed, he may get trapped when trees respawn, if he's unlucky. If none of Sarutobi's allies have spells that can destroy trees (or if they are on cooldown), he might die because enemies can take advantage of the fact that he cannot run.

FYI, Trees don't respawn if you're standing ontop of the spot which the cut trees are for obvious reasons "You get stuck".

But they'll still respawn if you're standing in-between the stumps, which will wedge you in between them and get you stuck.

Yeah, if there are like 10 stumps surrounding the stump you're standing on, good chance it wouldn't matter if the stump you're on isn't going to respawn, because 10 of them will regrow to block you in D:
