Okay, I decided to make this idea because everyone likes fire elemental techniques in some way or another, as well as all Uchiha there is out there in the series, so here's an idea about Sasuke's and Itachi's father. I thought that considering there are no skills in NwU which demonstrate any kind of low rank fire jutsus, this would be a great character to use in order to portrait those techniques...plus it would be a good replacement for Kakashi's sharingan copy ability which doesn't suit him in any way
