I think is a nuker/semi-carry but i not to sure if i like him so much XD!!

is common for me see a self buff wich icrease the damage of the hero.

Blind guys , this skill set goes better for an Agi heroe not for an Intel one

This build isn't much like a carry except spell one, the rest rather reminds me of a tank.

Spell 1 should be completly remade, in my oppinion a some damage with a debuff or adding 30/45/60/75% cleaving attack for 20 seconds would fit him as a tank/initiator

Spell 2 seems quite fine, although it's not clear if it's single target or AoE,

You should change the growth on his third skill to 6% so it's 25% on max because 30% seems to high.

His ultimate reminds me a bit off guys ultimate in 1.2.2 but it seems more focused one being able to tank(def), run away (ms) and dealing major damage at once which either fits and initiator, a ganker or a nuker. Since he has got only 2 damage spells nuker and ganker won't fit but with small changes it might fit a tank.

Ms and Armor seems fine, but instead of dealing big damage to only one enemy it might fit more to add a passive giving him a chance go purge units around him and dealing 50 damge in ~250 AoE when attacked and reduce the damage on the first hit to 200/275/350 with ~250 AoE and also trigger the passive so it's like 200/325/400 damage.
