Activation: Karin analyzes her enemies. Enemies' armor is decreasing by 1.5 in every second, damage is decreasing by 6 in every second for 4/6/8 seconds in 500/600/700 area.
For example at maximum level: in 700 area after 8 seconds all enemies' armor decrease by 8*1.5=12 and damage by 8*6=48. If an enemy goes out of the area then it's armor and damage returns to the original after 2/3/4 seconds.
